Tough Stuff™
Tough Stuff™ is an experiential leadership development program that gives leaders the tools, mindset, and confidence to navigate the conversations they typically avoid. Built for real-world impact, the program focuses on the relational skills that drive engagement, innovation, and resilience, especially when things get tough. We help leaders go beyond performance metrics to address what really matters: how people feel, how they relate, and how they show up for each other in moments of tension, transition, and truth.
Program Structure
The full Tough Stuff™ experience is delivered over two 4-hour virtual sessions or an in-person 8-hour one-day intensive. The program includes:
Pre-work reflection on identity, relationships, and real leadership challenges.
Facilitated learning grounded in psychological safety, challenging assumptions, and behavior change.
Powerful breakout labs supported by world-class coaches where leaders practice real conversations using our proprietary Tough Stuff™ coaching framework.
Live coaching and peer feedback to surface assumptions, explore new perspectives, and expand choices.
5 1/2 months of ongoing integration tools to embed learning beyond the session.
